Shipping policy

£3.50 per package. Order before 3pm for next day delivery (Monday to Thursday, UK only). Note: Northern Ireland is a 2 day delivery. Orders placed after 3pm on a Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders on a Saturday will be processed on Monday for a Tuesday delivery. No delivery to P.O. Boxes.

Refund policy

You have a 14 day period beginning from when you receive the goods to decide whether you want to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back. If your order consists of multiple deliveries, the 14 day period runs from when you get the last of the batch. Repackage your item(s) along with the completed exchange request form included on reverse of packing slip. All items returned must be unused and in their original packaging. You need to complete the returns form included with your invoice with the details of the products you are returning and enclose the note with your returned parcel. In order for us to further develop our products and services please give a reason why the products are not suitable and whether you require an exchange or refund. Eligible Products: In original, factory condition – unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached – and in original packaging. Odour-Free. Any odours on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving your original order. We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt with your tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Make sure your items are securely wrapped. If, after sending your parcel back you have not been contacted by us, please kindly contact the Customer Service Team. Returning items is your responsibility along with any expenses this will incur. Our warehouse will process your refund within 14 days of you posting your return. You will be sent a notification email once your refund has been processed. For refunds we will reimburse you using your original payment method. An item that was received as a gift can be returned for an exchange or gift card provided you have a gift receipt as your proof of purchase. Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased. We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange or refund. Make sure you let us know about the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected. We will refund any postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for recorded delivery postage on the item. Please contact the Customer Service Team who will advise you on how to proceed.
